Christmas No. 1

We're spending Christmas with CJ's fam in Gatlinburg so we had Christmas with my fam this past weekend. We went out to dinner and then went back to Grammie and Grampi's house to open presents!!! Cole had so much fun! He's still not quite sure what to think of all the fanfare but he's learning! He's such a sweetie! He's getting SO big! He's 24 lbs now and he's all over the place! He has such a kind spirit but he's definitely a little rough houser! He's so much fun and he makes everyone smile everywhere we go! His favorite thing is to wave at anyone he comes across and if they wave back, he just keeps on doing it!!!

Town Square Lights

Collierville has this old town square with lots of neat little antique shops, restuarants and a grassy square with a gazebo. Every year they put up lights for Christmas and it is so beautiful!!! CJ, Cole, Mike, Amy and I went to check it out and we got some fun pics!!!

Peek-A-Boo and Climbing

Cole has always loved to play Peek-A-Boo! He hides behind doors, curtains, and most recently, inside shopping bags! Pretty much anything he can peek out from! He is so silly! Lately, he has discovered climbing! And he climbs on EVERYTHING he can! I've already made a couple of good saves mid-air as he's falling off the couch and chair! But he has definitely gotten a couple of good bumps on his head already! He decided to try and climb on a box we got in the mail today and successfully became King of the Mountain!

Bad Santa!!!

We took Cole to get his picture taken with Santa this weekend! We thought it would be such a cute memory to have! Well, it was definitely a memory!!! He was not happy about sitting on Santa's lap at all! The minute CJ sat him on Santa's lap he started screaming!

Lately all Cole wants to do is play with the pots and pans in the kitchen! I think he's going to love to cook just like his daddy!

Cole is becoming quite the climber! He loves to climb on his fire truck as you can see! He has this look of such accomplishment on his face when he stands up without using his hands! What a happy little guy!

Decorating our First Tree as a Family

We had fun decorating our first tree as a family. Cole still didn't really realize what was going on, but he had fun playing on his fire truck and watching us put most of the ornaments on the tree! The third pic is of Cole playing with an ornament before he put it on the tree! It had a bell on it and he was swinging it around and he hit himself in the head with it! Thats why he had that expression on his face!Such a cute boy!
