Fun times at home!!!

Here are a few pics of us hanging out at home! The first picture is of Cole's first experience with solid food, rice cereal, YUM YUM!!! Cole loves his Piper and, after some effort on my brother's part, Cole loves his Uncle Mike now too!!! :)

Memorial Day Weekend Fun!!!

Memorial Day weekend was so much fun! We took Cole to the pool for the first time and, as you can see in the second picture, he was not too happy about the cold water at first! But he had so much fun after he got used to it and just splashed and kicked and had a great time! Then we went to a BBQ at my mom's friend Jan's house and got to go swimming again and Cole met a horse for the first time! He was so great all day! He didn't cry or get fussy once! Whenever we go to a function with him we always think we'll have to leave early because he'll get fussy or tired, but he surprises us everytime and is a total ANGEL!!!

Happy Birthday CJ!!!

Cole gave his Daddy a card that he signed all by himself for his birthday! He also got him a round of golf! He hasn't golfed since before Cole was born, so we thought it would be nice for him to have a day of his own to play! CJ and I went to dinner at this really cute, little authentic Italian restaurant. It was sooooooo good! We had a nice time with just us adults but still couldn't wait to get home to see our little guy!

6 months old!!!

Look at our little guy! He's six months old! In the first pic he decided he wanted to suck on CJ's nose! CJ's reaction to discovering the large amount of drool Cole left behind was priceless! In the last pic I went to grab the camera while he was laying on our bed to commemorate his half b-day and, to my surprise, when I returned he was on his hands and knees! I couldn't believe I actually captured the moment! Needless to say I won't be leaving him on the bed to grab the camera anymore! It's amazing to us how fast he's learning how to do new things!!! We took him to the doctor today for his check-up and he's 18 3/4 lbs and 27 inches long! He's growing so fast! If it wasn't obvious before, it's now official that we are enamored by our son!

Big Boy

Cole is getting so big! His personality is developing more and more and he's so much fun! As you can see he's sitting up on his own and he is loving life! He gets into EVERYTHING and I just know he's going to be such a handful when he starts crawling! He's almost up on his knees and I can just see that mischievious glimmer in his eye! He can't wait until he can get moving!

Our Little Family

Here we are at Michael and Amy's joint wedding shower! We don't have many family photos and I think this is a cute one! The shower was fun and Cole was SO good the entire time! We were there from 7pm-9:30pm and he barely fussed at all! His bed time is 8-8:30 so we figured he wouldn't make it past 8pm, but he proved once again to be the best baby ever! Needless to say he was a big hit at the party!
